We teach using an “active kinetic approach.” We define Active Kinetic Approach as a way for the client to participate in therapy. Actively moving (kinetic) and releasing stuck, congested, muscular skeletal tissue directly (direction of difficulty) and indirectly (direction of ease) in different postural patterns. The body is constantly going into and out of postural patterns, but at times the body can get stuck in patterns – even partial patterns. Therefore, treating soft tissue pain complaints actively and indirectly can be beneficial for faster results with cranial therapy and bodywork.

WHat will I learn in a CSB Workshop?

Our CSB Workshops focus on teaching:

  • Body reading for identification of patterns

  • Proper use of hands for longevity

  • Muscle Testing: how to identify muscles that are working and under performing AND to identify structural patterns

  • Demo and hands-on practice time

  • How to implement what you’ve learned into your practice
